Bessemer Artist Refund & Shipping Policy

Thank you for your purchase. I hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we're here to help.
Shipping Period:
Shipping takes 3-5 business days for me to send your item off. If you order around a holiday your item maybe delayed as each piece is hand made or hand drawn.
If I am backed up with orders you will receive an email regarding the status and time frame of your order.
Return Period:
I accept returns within 3 days of the date you received your order. A refund will only be given if there is a mistake on my end. Ex. Wrong item shipped.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase:
I require a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
Return Shipping:
I will send you a shipping label. You have 3 days after to ship the item off.
Specific Return Scenarios:
Damaged or Defective Items:
A refund will not be given if package is damaged by delivery service. You will have to file a claim through the delivery service.
Wrong Item Received:

Sale Items:
Sale items are non-refundable.
Refund Processing:
Refund Method: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Refund Timeframe: Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
